General Management
ASPECT Entertainment was established in 2002 to create unique projects that explore the human condition and deliver enhanced experiences. Working across multiple platforms our projects have included film, theatre, concerts, exhibitions, experiential and comedy.
Our services include full scale production from conception through development to delivery of completed commercially viable product as well as marketing strategy implementation and live theatrical General Management.
Whilst our preference is to work on projects that have been initiated in house we are happy to engage in co -productions for both film and theatre, service producing of Film/ TV Content and tour management of international live product in the Asia Pacific territory.

ASPECT Entertainment offers full producer and administrative services including but not limited to long term strategy and day to day running including providing liaison management with a production's legal, insurance, accounts, reporting, payroll, venues, staff, crew and production management providers.

Budgeting
Theatre: Pre-Production and weekly running budgets, profit and Loss forecast analysis, total season profit forecast analysis incorporating cash flow scheduling and travel budgeting.

Film/TV: Screen Australia A-Z or Movie Magic format full project budgets including QAPE projections, re-investment and Producer Offset compliance. Specialist in the sub 10 million range.

Rights Acquisitions and Negotiations
Investigative Research, Rights Applications and Proposals, and upon acquisition, negotiation of terms and licenses. Founder Spencer McLaren has extensive experience working with licensing partners and IP holders including Disney, Nickelodeon, Hasbro, Aardman and more.

Compilation, design and electronic distribution of comprehensive regular Investor Updates. Investor relations events and personalised investor relationship management.

Cast, Crew and Creative Team Contracting
Deal negotiation and contracting for full Creative Teams, Crews and Cast for Feature Films, First Class theatrical and Regional Tours. Work within LPA, PCA, AFFCA, SPAA awards and agreements.

Ticketing
Inspection, analysis and monitoring of ticket sales reports for single productions, or multiple productions internationally. Assistance with coordination and planning of group launch and subsequent sales opportunities.

Merchandise
Overseeing of programme and merchandising in collaboration with merchandising and design agencies, collaborating on design, printing, manufacturing and sales.
